Job brief
We are looking for a skilled Security Engineer to analyze software designs and implementations from a security perspective, and identify and resolve security issues. You will include the appropriate security analysis, defences and countermeasures at each phase of the software development lifecycle, to result in robust and reliable software.
Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions
- Craft recruiting emails to attract active and passive candidates
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source-of-hire.
- Continuously collaborate with Managers/Stakeholders to fill open requirements and to identify future hiring needs
Must Have Skills
- 3-5 years of similar and relevant recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have Skills
- Exposure to IT recruitment in mid to large IT service companies
- Experience working with job portals like Naukri
- Preferred MBA-HR qualification
